The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – Helgen Escape & Perfect Start (Episode 1) – No Commentary Walkthrough
In this first episode of my Skyrim story walkthrough, we start at the execution in Helgen and play through the full intro escape sequence. You’ll see character creation, the civil war setup (Imperials vs Stormcloaks), the first dragon attack, and the early game path to Riverwood – all with clean, no-commentary gameplay and full dialogue so it feels like a TV pilot episode.
If you’re starting a fresh run or just want a cinematic recap of Skyrim’s opening, this episode gives you a smooth, lore-friendly “perfect start” that sets you up for the main quest and role‑play choices.

Tips & Tricks for This Episode
Take your time in character creation – this is where you set your long‑term build fantasy (warrior, mage, stealth, hybrid).
Whichever companion you follow (Hadvar or Ralof) lightly nudges you toward Imperials or Stormcloaks later; it won’t lock you in, but it’s good role‑play context.
Loot everything reasonable in Helgen (weapons, armor, potions) – it saves gold and helps you survive the first few hours.
Use this episode as a “clean slate” recap: no commentary, minimal HUD, and full dialogue, perfect for watching like a TV pilot or following step‑by‑step on your own save.
