Tips If You’re Playing Along 🧠

Use the Mako smartly:
Therum’s terrain is harsh, but the Mako can handle steep angles. Use high ground to spot Geth early and take advantage of the Mako’s cannon and machine gun to thin enemies before disembarking.
Watch your squad setup:
Geth are synthetic enemies, so tech powers (Overload, Sabotage) are very effective. Bring at least one tech‑focused squadmate if possible.
Cover and angles matter:
When you’re on foot near the ruins, use cover against Geth snipers and armatures. Peek out to strip their shields, then finish them with powers or focused fire.
Take your time with the Prothean mechanism:
The “puzzle” section isn’t timed. Look at how the mechanism reacts to your inputs and move carefully rather than spamming switches.
Listen closely to Liara’s dialogue:
Liara’s first conversation after the rescue gives you important context about the Protheans, the Reapers, and the Conduit. It’s all story setup that pays off later, so it’s worth letting the scene play out fully.
